Proverbs 4:23

Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.

Had dreams that could potentially make me feel like crap upon waking up. Thankfully, woke up without feeling like that. Lord, guard my heart against bitterness, anger and frustration, for it threatens to find its way into my heart again.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
