Dancing
It's been like since April 2004 since I last danced, and now it seems my cell group requires me to perform again. I'm supposed to perform for a zone meeting on 1st Sep which is about 2.5 weeks from today...
My cell group leader said," I don't need to you to be at the church's standard, about there can already."
Me: "Church standard? You're kidding me!"
Other than the fact that my cell leader's statement appears to be contradictory, but I shudder to think that I have to perform the church's standard kinda dance. In 2.5 weeks. Ha.
It seems that my church dancers, singers, guitarists have all associated themselves with the word excellence. In a way, its good to know that what the church has is as good as what they have outside the church, if not better.
Well, we just had our first practice today. Started at 3pm, and ended at 930 pm. And we did only 4 eights. The moves were really tough, partly cos they were cheorographed by a church dancer * shudders*. Haha. But it's alright la, it seems he lowered the standard a little for us newbies to handle, but it's still a load to handle. 2.5 mins, 24 eights to go.
Still, it's great to dance again.

A new term's starting soon. As I look back at the year again. I've really changed alot. I think so. Wil thinks so. Minh thinks so. And I'm sure alot others who never told me think so. Exactly as I planned =).
Well, there are many things I hope to change in myself this term. In several ways. Things I want to learn, and hopefully learn well. I'm all set for school ...=)
